Establish Your Foundation
Build the identity, authority, controls, evidence, and operating base of the enterprise. Learners draft foundational statements, map decision rights, and build evidence and risk registers.
Launch Your Practice
Translate the foundation into a tested, funded, controlled, and evidence-based opening plan. Learners define launch scope, map the patient journey, test workflows, and complete a formal go/no-go decision.
