For more than 25 years, I cared for patients across some of the most demanding and meaningful environments in medicine — from cardiac surgery suites and pediatric operating rooms, to trauma bays, family medicine clinics, urgent care centers, and community health settings.

Throughout my career, I watched talented healthcare professionals — brilliant clinicians, deeply compassionate people — dedicate their lives to exceptional patient care. And I watched many of them struggle, fail, or burn out — not because of their clinical skills, but because no one had ever taught them how to run a business.

When I launched First Priority Clinic, I experienced that gap firsthand. Building a practice required leadership, financial strategy, operations, marketing, technology, compliance, and organizational systems — skills that weren't in any clinical curriculum I had ever studied.

Rather than accepting that gap, I committed myself to learning what no one had taught us. I studied entrepreneurship, executive leadership, and business strategy with the same discipline I brought to clinical practice. Through years of building, testing, refining, and leading, I developed the frameworks that would eventually become The TELEHEALTH Method™.

Today, The Telehealth CEO™ exists for every healthcare professional who has ever felt underprepared for the business side of their work — who went to school to serve patients, and now needs to lead an organization. My mission is to give them the business education they were never taught, so they can build ethical, scalable, and enduring healthcare organizations that create lasting impact.

Every framework, checklist, worksheet, and executive system inside The Telehealth CEO™ was built from real-world experience operating a healthcare practice — not from consulting theory or business school case studies. My goal has never been to create another business book. My goal is to shorten the learning curve for healthcare professionals so they can spend less time struggling with business and more time improving patient care and building organizations that last.
